This year, the Foundation awarded 21 scholarships totalling $37,000 to women involved in their communities and have had a difficult life path. They are young and old, mothers too. All are women who show courage and determination. In addition, $6,000 in education incentive slates were awarded to 12 young mothers as part of the partnership with “Mom Goes to School.”
